Health and Safety remains at the heart of everything we do, therefore ensuring the safety of our colleagues and customers is in our DNA. We also focus on creating value for all our stakeholders and contributing to the development of the communities we serve, while aligning ourselves to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

Environment and Sustainability

We believe that every small, conscious step counts towards creating a more sustainable future. We partner with governmental organisations, NGOs and private organisations to support initiatives that educate and motivate people to conserve and preserve the environment and live more earth-friendly lifestyles. We incorporate practices to lower our environmental impact, decrease energy consumption, and reduce operating costs, and we have successfully achieved lower numbers, year after year. We engage in activities like energy-efficiency, water management, waste management, efficiency of paper usage and carbon footprint management, among many others. We are keen on incorporating a decarbonisation roadmap, to fulfil our commitment to achieving UAE’s Net-Zero 2050 vision.

Community

While we climb the ladder of success with diverse businesses, we continue to be committed to the community. We have utilised various opportunities to serve the community in numerous ways, inspired by our brand essence – Powering Better Communities. To achieve this, we utilise various regulatory tools and interventions for improvement. Our approach involves engaging stakeholders, raising awareness of health and safety risks, and promoting behaviour change through assessments, inspections, and investigations.
